At the time of coronavirus there are many lonely people who suffer and experience great difficulties. The history that comes from the province of Pavia and more precisely from Garlasco is a hard testimony. A 51-year-old man, unemployed and coronavirus positive, remained only at home for weeks: the mother died a month ago of natural causes, the brother ten days ago after contracting Covid-19. And so the man for several days was unable to even get food because of his health and poverty. In the late afternoon of Sunday 5 April, the carabinieri of the local station discovered the 51-year-old and helped him by delivering various foodstuffs cooked and donated by the owner of a restaurant, who wanted to remain anonymous.
