Yesterday, the truck visited the Beit Vagan neighborhood – where singer Finny Einhorn also had a bride on her wedding day, which of course stood on the porch of her home, to which she dedicated a string of wedding songs.

Today, the truck arrived in the neighborhood of Mount Nof, when the residents, most of whom were staying at home and on the balconies – were pleased with singer Finny Einhorn and keyboardist Itzik Weingarten in strings of joyful songs.
This is the initiative of the mayor of Jerusalem, Moshe Leon and in collaboration with the radio broadcaster and media man Menachem Tucker, when the truck equipped with advanced and sophisticated amplification equipment will come daily to the best artists and singers who will delight the residents who are in their homes due to the spread of corona virus.
Mayor Moshe Leon, who came to the truck today in the Mount Nof neighborhood, was excited to hear the positive reactions from the residents, who told how the Jerusalem Municipality’s truck and Shabbat Square managed to make them and their children happy during these troubled days.

Leon added that Tucker’s “Joy Truck” will continue to reach all neighborhoods and will delight everyone: Spaniards and Ashkenazi, Hasidic and Lithuanian.
Among other things, Leon said that in each neighborhood singers that match the character of the local residents – bring live performances on the truck, bring in some light and joy during these difficult days.
