The industrial and financial group Artemis has appointed Tuesday Martin Wyser, legal manager of its subsidiary Franke, to sit at the beginning of next year at its top management. The latter will replace Michael Soormann, who will leave because of his partial retirement at the end of 2019.
Mr. Wyser will take over the group's real estate business (Artemis Real Estate), the company from Central Switzerland said in a statement. He will take over from CFO Christian Mader, who will assume responsibility for asset management (Artemis Asset Management), so far exercised by Mr Soormann.
After having held several management positions within the company during the last twelve years, he will continue to work on it as part of a "major real estate project abroad".
At the Franke kitchen, Marcel Enz, currently in charge of tax compliance, will succeed Martin Wyser as chief legal officer.
