The text

This is what we read in the note published on the subject, available on the official social pages of Gianni Pittella: "Whereas:
– that the tasks of the ministry include the institutional activity for the fight against the manipulation of sports results and the promotion of loyalty as a qualifying component of every sporting initiative;
– that on Wednesday 30 October at 7 pm the match of the tenth day of the soccer championship between Naples and Atalanta was played, respectively fourth and third in the standings;
– that in the 85th minute Mr Piero Giacomelli, referee of the match, he blatantly denied a penalty to the home team, Napoli, for a foul by an Atalanta defender on striker Fernando Llorente, on the result of two to one for Napoli;
– that provocatively Mr. Giacomelli has even refused to resort to the technology of the Var, Video Assistant Referee, introduced in the Italian soccer championship in the 2017-2018 season to crush the scourge of refereeing errors and ensure clean results at the matches;
– that in the development of the same action Atalanta equalized;
– that at the end of the match Napoli was clearly defrauded losing two points in the standings, falling to fifth place;
– that at the end of the game Mr. Carlo Ancelotti, Napoli coach considered among the best in the world for the results obtained in the past – Scudetti e Champions League, the highest European competition, won with teams trained in Italy, France, England, Spain and Germany – he said: "I feel disappointed and offended in my professionalism";
– that Mr. Aurelio De Laurentiis, president of the Naples Football Club, accused the leaders of arbitration nominations: "We are tired, without us the referees would go to peel the potatoes. We are tired of paying this arbitration class or I believe that Nicchi is Rizzoli they do not do their job well. I, like the other presidents, finance Italian football, referees and the FIGC, so we have the right to be heard ";
– that two hours later during the match Juventus-Genoa was assigned to the home team, at the last second of the game, at 95 ’, a less obvious penalty than the one denied in Naples;
he wondered what initiatives he wanted to take to ensure the regularity and impartiality of the Serie A championship for millions of football fans ".

Ancelotti very hard: "I feel insulted. It's not the VAR I chose"
