Over 400 km with cylinders. The car is equipped with a three-cylinder 90 hp petrol engine, powered by the gas stored in three cylinders (13.8 kilos of total capacity) or, when it ends up, gasoline, which has a nine-liter tank. It is therefore a methane monovalent motorization, a characteristic that often makes the difference to gain access to tax breaks, such as the one envisaged, in some regions, on the tax stamp. The 1.0 is combined with a manual gearbox and declares a gas range of 410 km: almost 30 km with a kilo of methane, now distributed at around 0.99 euro per kilo. Taking advantage of the gasoline, the overall mileage envisaged by the Skoda with a full becomes about 630 kilometers.

The trunk is reduced. The presence of the cylinders partially reduces what is one of the advantages of the Skoda Scala: the trunk. From the standard 467 liters (declared), the G-Tec actually drops to 339, expandable up to a maximum of 1,282 liters by reclining the seats.
