Salini Impregilo in red. The capital increase started

<! – ->Salini Impregilo among the worst at the MidCap. The stock fell by 2.68% to 1.742 euros, after having been suspended due to excess for most of the day.

The company announced thelaunch of the placement of new ordinary shares reserved for certain institutional investors in order to obtain gross proceeds of 600 million euros. The institutional placement will be implemented through a bookbuilding process. Salini Impregilo recalled that the net proceeds of the capital increase will be destined to support, as a priority, the project aimed at strengthening the national sector of major works and construction ("Progetto Italia"), which will be part of the broader plan industrial of the company for the three-year period 2019-2021.
