Saipem positive: the reason for the rise

What pushed Saipem shares up? According to reports from the Bloomberg agency, the company is evaluating the hypothesis of an integration with Subsea 7, a company active in the drilling sector. The operation would lead to the creation of a large European group in the oil sector. The agency has specified that at the moment no official decision has been taken. Some business banks already consider this project positively, as it would bring significant cost savings.
