That of the question and answer in the newspapers, of the declarations of the majority against the same majority law, which could also be improved in Parliament, is a game that the head of government wants to take away from, also because he had asked everyone for a fairer, less litigious communication, more consistent with the positive aspects of the economic maneuver , and instead remained unheard. Even his role is questioned and at this point it is better to choose silence, because he considers the level of controversy to be so low, in some cases "miserable" as the ones he sometimes reads from Matteo Salvini, which at a certain point better not to reply, in order not to feed even more a communicative cacophony that is making the maneuver pass like a law of taxes and heavy taxes, which «is a gross lie – they say at Palazzo Chigi – given that the tax burden does not rise and that we have sterilized 23 billion euros of new taxes ».
At this point Conte also opens up a reflection on his own role, given that Renzi involves him personally and saw that it is the Movement that the Pd they do not find a common ground compact enough to make a team, instead of fighting over the regional, on the single aspects of the maneuver, on the continuous chasing of messages on social networks that speak only of minimal aspects of the maneuver and that among other things were shared by all. There is also the suspicion, which flutters at Palazzo Chigi, that Matteo Renzi is in some way raising the stakes to have a say in the round of appointments in the subsidiaries, which will have to be made. Certainly there is an extreme irritation due to a behavior that in the Government Palace considers "unreliable", at times incomprehensible, certainly destabilizing.
Because in this way the words of Matteo Renzi are deliberately judged destabilizing, with Giuseppe Conte in the crosshairs, other than an aid to the government as the former leader of the PD says in some way justifying himself. The flurry of replies that Renzi received yesterday, from the Movement and from the Democratic Party, to put on paper that after Conte and after this government there is only the vote, they have plastically isolated Renzi and shielded the President of the Council, who to this punto also considers a mistake to have replied to the leader of Italia Viva a couple of times in rhymes: "He has somehow legitimized the profile", is the thought for example of Di Maio, who at this point advised Conte to concentrate at work and not to give string to those that are read as mere provocations.
At Palazzo Chigi there is now a syndrome of «permanent disinformation», fueled by the same majority forces, by the Movement's rebels, by the Renzians, by all those who are unable to defend the maneuver, but have only found the time to attack it. We are not at the red alert, but little is missing and certainly for Conte this is not the method by which we can continue the experience of this government. The Prime Minister has devoted entire afternoons to the top management, has patiently mediated and listened to all the demands of the heads of the delegation, the maneuver was approved by all but based on what he said by telephone to a member of the Democratic Party a moment later Distinct initiates, broadsides and a competition for disengagement that knows a lot about "political infantilism", a model that he certainly cannot accept and above all he does not want to participate in, peacefully from the photo of Narni, in which he personally exhibited himself, descending in a political role that ended up damaging him more than helping him.
