«Look out and we kill you»: this is how the 43-year-old construction worker was told that he surprised three hooded thieves at the entrance of his house in via Pellico, not far from the Pianello cemetery. From the accent they seemed to him foreigners from Eastern Europe. It was around 18.30. The lights were off, evidently they thought no one was home. They broke into the garden, climbed onto the balcony, then forced a shutter with burglary tools. The noise alarmed the owner: when he opened the French window, he found himself face to face with the criminals who, hearing him scream, jumped down from the terrace with a leap and, to ensure their escape, they targeted him with a stone throwing.
