Manuel Bortuzzo, the swimmer victim of a shootout in the suburbs of Rome in February 2019 that caused a spinal cord injury, was a guest at Che Tempo, which he does on Rai 2, to talk about his book "Rinascere", to be released on November 5 for Rizzoli .
"The spinal cord injury that diagnosed you is not complete, it's crazy news," says Fabio Fazio.
"A crazy news, like everything I did in these nine months and I always wanted to keep it for myself. When we are not talking about things that we are sure of, with medicine it is always better to go calmly. In this book I wanted note all my progress, my improvements ", emphasized Manuel, born in 1999 in Trieste and training in the center of the Federal Center in Ostia, recalling that he had given himself 10 years to walk again.
"My father supports me in life and also supports me on my feet", the young athlete commented, while a photo published on Instagram was shown, in which his father helps him to stand up.
