Ex-Ilva, Arcelor Mittal-commissioners agreement: "Negotiation until January 31" – Repubblica TV

"I understand that a document called heads of agreement is being signed at the moment, which merely indicates the basis for a future negotiation that will take place until 31 January in order to reach a binding agreement". So Arcelor Mittal's lawyer, Ferdinando Emanuele, in court in Milan for the civil lawsuit filed by the extraordinary commissioners against the steel multinational, announces that the two parties would have reached an agreement in principle on the negotiation of the restructuring of the rental contract, sale of the factories and relaunch of the iron and steel center based in Taranto.
