The decree, therefore, preparatory to the actual Budget Law, should get armored to the Senate to have the final ok in early December. The transition to the Senate Finance Committee should therefore be painless, with the compact majority passing the text and sterilizing any possible obstructionist attempt by the president of the Bagnai League.

The Senate maneuver
The Budget bill (the 2020 maneuver) started its process from Palazzo Madama. Here too, the Budget Committee leads a pentastellato: Daniele Pesco. The majority therefore does not take risks. On November 18, the deadline for tabling amendments will expire and the examination of the Chamber should begin on December 3rd. The Senate ok is therefore expected by December 6th. The Chamber will then have less than 10 days to intervene. At Montecitorio the proposals to change the majority must be targeted game-force, greatly limiting the power of intervention of the President of the Budget Committee, the Northern League League. The text will then have to return armored to the Senate to obtain the final ok in a few days before the Christmas closing of the works: to avoid the provisional exercise, the maneuver must be approved by December 31st.
