Erika's daughter died, 8 days after the birth and death of her mother after childbirth

Erika was 31 years old and was in the twenty-ninth week of pregnancy when she started experiencing pain and blood loss. Immediately rescued in the hospital, she gave birth at 6.30 pm, but at 23.00 she suffered cardiac arrest.

Now the investigation could have a further development: the death of the small one will involve the opening of a new investigation always with the same accusation, culpable homicide. In the first case, the inscriptions must be considered due acts, aimed at ascertaining the causes of the drama. As for the death of the newborn, the file was opened Friday morning with the filing of the complaint by the family members of the child, assisted by the lawyer Giovanna Mazza. No doctor has therefore been investigated yet. From the first investigations, regarding the disappearance of Erika, the girl would have died because of a serious and sudden hemorrhage. The question to be answered by an autopsy is whether Erika's death was caused by a "placenta accreta", that is adherent to the uterus, or was caused by the maneuvers of doctors during childbirth
