CNH Industrial sells Truckline activities

<! – ->CNH Industrial has agreed to sell to Bapcor the Truckline business, one of Australia's leading retailers and distributors of aftermarket spare parts and accessories for commercial vehicles (trucks and trailers) of all European, North American and Japanese brands.

Truckline has 22 branches throughout Australia, supported by distribution warehouses located in Perth, Western Australia, and Brisbane, Queensland.
