He misses the maneuver and breaks theneck bone to his patient. A chiropractic killed John Lawler, 80 year old of York, in England, after severely injuring him spine. The man had gone to the professional for some pains that arose after a broken leg, but in the maneuvers he was too impetuous, perhaps, and he broke theneck bone at his patient.

The 80-year-old was hospitalized urgently, but died shortly after the accident, having remained quadriplegic. Arleen Scholten would have had the patient stretched out on the couch, then with a stick he made a maneuver around his neck, bowing down to him. The movement, called "Kiss of life"he broke his neck, however Lawler that he died shortly after.

The family has denounced the woman, as reported by the English tabloids, and now the lawyers are not only fighting for the single case, but asking that the chiropractic, which is not considered a medical discipline, is regulated so that there is adequate training and similar dramatic accidents no longer occur.
