Vincenzo De Silvio has spent over 18 years in the company, starting in Ducati Corse and then moving to Research and Development where he was Engine Engineer.
Andrea Forni is given the role of Quality Director. At Ducati for 31 years, always engaged in technical roles, he will put his experience and expertise at the service of this body, to continue the improvement work started by Andrea Gesi and his team.
The Production Management is assigned to Andrea Gesi, with the aim of guiding the area in the process of digital transformation and modernization of processes. At Ducati for 21 years, Gesi brings in this role experiences gained in experimentation and vehicle design as well as in the Quality Management, of which he has been director for the last 8 years. On the basis of his new position, Andrea Gesi joined the Ducati management committee and Ducati Motor Thailand's board of directors.
Silvano Fini, who has been with Ducati for 27 years, leaves the position of Production Manager to enter the Supply Chain Department. Working with Federico Sabbioni, he will have to structure and offer Ducati Suppliers a specialized consultancy for process optimization, to strengthen the quality and efficiency of the entire supply chain.
As a result of this reorganization, the Ducati Motor Holding Board of Management is now composed of: Claudio Domenicali (President), Oliver Stein (Finance, Controlling and IT), Sebastian Patta (Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility), Francesco Milicia (Global Sales and After Sales), Andrea Gesi (Production), Vincenzo De Silvio (R&D) and Federico Sabbioni (Supply Chain).
