Italian Electronics Holdings has completed the sale of 3.25 million ordinary shares of the listed company to the STAR segment, corresponding to 16.25% of the capital. The shares were sold at a unit price of € 12.95, a value that incorporates a discount of approximately 11% compared to Unieuro's closing price on Wednesday November 13th (€ 14.56).

Eurotech suspended due to excessive downtrend, after having recorded a theoretical decline of 9.9%. The company active in the development of Edge Computers and solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT) closed the first nine months of 2019 with revenues up 39.9%; the Friulian company's turnover jumped from 56.97 million to 79.7 million euros. Eurotech closed the January-September period with a net profit of 11.93 million euros, compared to 3.38 million in the first nine months of 2018. In the third quarter alone revenues increased by 35.7% to 26, 66 million euro, while the final result was positive for 3.09 million. The management of Eurotech reported that on the basis of the existing order book, the turnover for the fourth quarter will be in line with that achieved last year but with a higher margin.
