Bio-on, the Codacons: "10 thousand savers affected, losses for 400 million euros"

There would be hundreds of savers who ask Codacons for help for the matter which is involving Bio-on, the producer of bioplastics whose leaders are accused of false corporate communications and manipulation of the market by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Bologna.This is what the same consumer protection association reports, according to which in the case of the Emilian society there would be "400 million euros of losses to be recovered". In detail, it is explained, the Codacons "is preparing to provide assistance to the 10,000 savers of the company damaged by the losses recorded under the title" and by the alleged "offenses investigated by the judiciary. Already hundreds of shareholders have turned to our association, the first to take the field on the case, to get help and information – explains Codacons -: in total about 10,000 savers are involved for total losses over 400 million euros, money that will now be recovered ".
For this, the association concludes, the savers who consider themselves damaged by Bio-on will meet on November 6th in Bologna, during a meeting called by the Codacons.
