Benetti delivers FB703 M / Y "Bacchanal" mega custom yacht of 47 meters

The external lines, deliberately essential and slender, curated by Benetti, make M / Y "Bacchanal" a yacht with an elegant style and refined simplicity.
Very satisfied and proud of his boat, at the time of delivery, the owner commented as follows: “After having already chosen a Benetti in 2015, I return to work with a team that has managed to make one of the best boats in the world for me . I am happy that everything was born from a team work, masterfully orchestrated by expert and qualified professionals, that has always welcomed my ideas, coming to satisfy my desires ".

The interiors were created in tandem by Mauricio Gomez de Tuddo, an architect chosen by the owner, and by the Interior Style Department of Benetti who worked to ensure this project an international allure, but with a well-defined Made in Italy footprint that is realized in the choices of brands such as Minotti, Flexform, Giorgetti, Rimadesio, Poltrona Frau and Exteta.

The layout is divided into 4 bridges, all characterized by a desired uniformity that cancels the boundaries between inside and outside, as requested by the owner. 12 guests are accommodated in 6 cabins, including the owner's, and 7 crew members are accommodated in 5 cabins.

The desire for continuity between the rooms is expressed with determination on the Main Deck, where the full-beam owner's apartment is located, preceded by a private study and, in the stern, an in & out veranda with a sliding door with glass panels without pillars . Here, the dining area, the main living room and the cockpit create a unique environment that gives a strong brightness and makes the room spacious and airy. The natural light that illuminates these spaces and the constant visual contact with the outside give the feeling of living outdoors.

The continuity of the spaces, which has become the leitmotif around which the yacht develops, is also reflected in the choice of materials: the style conferred by the teak for the exterior floors is taken up in the interior through the use of the wenge parquet chosen with slats 60 mm wide in the main saloon, in the owner's bathroom, in the captain's cabin and in the sky lounge. The decision to use the Thassos marble for guest bathroom bathrooms also contributes to the airiness of the boat, a white, almost crystalline material that, covering the floor, walls and shower tray, creates an interesting contrast with the black granite chosen for the tops.

The furniture plays on combinations of materials and colors in which teak and metallic gray prevail, taking up parts of the superstructure.

The Lower Deck accommodates the sleeping area for guests with 2 VIP cabins and 2 guest rooms, all equipped with electric Venetian wenge roller blinds, and dedicated crew rooms. A third VIP cabin, together with the captain's cabin, is located on the Upper Deck together with the Wheel House and an indoor and outdoor lounge area.

Particularly elegant, the custom pool at the bow of the Sun Deck is covered with Sicis mosaic. The decor of this deck, enriched with sun loungers, invites you to relax in peace and enjoy convivial and fun moments around a table that can accommodate up to 12 people. The use and functionality of all areas of the boat is also favored by the choice of installing a dumb waiter that connects every bridge from the Main Deck to the Sun Deck.

Among the safety features of M / Y "Bacchanal", a 3D Sonar System has been installed in the bow to identify the presence of bodies in the sea and provides information on any obstacles up to over 500 meters away.

FB703 boasts a pair of 12V MTU engines and sails at a maximum speed of 15.8 knots with a range of 5,900 miles at 10 knots which allows it to cross from the Mediterranean to the Atlantic Ocean.
