Selecta renounces a stock exchange listing this year

The operator of vending machines Selecta seems to have put a halt to its listing project on the Swiss Stock Exchange. There is no question of IPO during this year, says the Alemannic bi-weekly Finanz und Wirtschaft Wednesday, referring to sources close to the case.
The company's plan to return to trading – already listed on SIX from 1997 to 2001 – was already well advanced. Selecta had set its range of issue price, according to a banker involved. Solicited, the company declined to comment.
In March, Reuters had already commented on Selecta's plans, saying that the titles on sale could reach around one billion francs. (AWP)
