NHL: Patrick Marleau shines on his return with the Sharks and helps the team to win 5-4

            <p>CHICAGO - Patrick Marleau celebrated his come-back with the Sharks on a high stint with a pair of goals and San Jose defeated the Chicago Blackhawks 5-4 on Thursday night.

It was a first win for the Sharks this season.

Barclay Goodrow broke the tie in the third period and Brent Burns scored his 200th career goal in the Sharks' uniform, which started the campaign with four straight setbacks. Kevin Labanc also hit the target and Dylan Gambrell had two assists.

Goodrow was alone in the slot when Joe Thornton handed him the puck at 4:47 of the third period. The Blackhawks tried everything for the last seconds of the game, but to no avail.

Aaron Dell pushed back 26 of the 30 pucks directed at him.

Andrew Shaw twinkled the lights twice for the Blackhawks, who had not played a game since their match in Prague, Czech Republic last Friday. Dylan Strome scored a goal and an assist. Corey Crawford made 29 saves for his part.
