Morning – The HCP launches the Statistics Database on its website

The High Commissioner for Planning (HCP) announced today, October 15, the launch, on its institutional portal of its Statistics Database (BDS) in its entirety to replace the Beta version already online previously. The launch of the BDS falls within the remit of the HCP and as part of its systematic and continuous adaptation to the emerging needs of national and international policymakers and the different users of statistical information, reports the High Commission in a statement.

And to add that the HCP has made the renovation of its data dissemination tools and interfaces that it produces or that it consolidates, a strategic choice and a pillar of the digital transformation of its business processes favoring the reinforcement of the open data, accessibility and agility in their use. The HCP Statistics Database, available on its website, contains a diverse range of data grouped under about 1,000 disaggregated statistical indicators covering a wide variety of themes, some dating back almost half a century.
