DLM suffers a loss in the first half

The heavy metal construction specialist Delattre Levivier Maroc (DLM) achieved a net profit of -39.5 million DH in the first half of 2019, against a profit of 7.86 million DH during the same period of 2018. The figure Consolidated business amounted to MAD 179.4 million against MAD 339.32 million in the first half of 2018, the group said.

For its part, the working capital requirement is 89.33 million DH against 336.81 million DH at the end of June 2018, an improvement of 247.48 million DH. Debt restructuring has also been a management priority for the company, highlighting that the company's total debt, down by 71 million dirhams in the first half, will continue over the next few months. Several asset disposals are underway to improve the cash flow of the company and contribute to deleveraging.

The search for an industrial partner has been reinforced by a complementary mandate to a merchant bank in Europe.
