The victim was sitting on a low wall around noon when she felt unwell. According to the prosecutor's office, eight people passed by the forties without helping him. The rescue services were not alerted until much later and the man died in the meantime. A report was prepared for culpable negligence, failing to help someone in great danger, and an investigation is opened.
The floor was able to identify some passersby. They theoretically risk a prison sentence of eight days to a year and a fine of 4,000 euros. An external autopsy suggests that the forty-year-old died of a natural death.
