A first title at 15 for Coco Gauff

(Linz) American Coco Gauff clinched her first career title at the WTA with Jelena Ostapenko 6-3, 1-6, 6-2 on Sunday at the Linz Women's Tennis Tournament.

The 15-year-old, who had reached the fourth round at Wimbledon and the third round at the US Open, bounced back after losing the second one-way set.

Gauff had already called Linz "my lucky little place", and it gave him another chance during the final, despite a slight misstep. After quickly taking the lead 5-0 in the third set, Gauff conceded two games in a row to Ostapenko before sealing the outcome of the match.
