A limousine seized sold at auction. – encheres-domaine.gouv.fr

Family jewelry, and more. Territorial communities and state services have a way often unknown to the general public to get a little (see a lot) of money:
auctions. For a long time, these sales were done traditionally, at a fixed date, in a room with a man armed with a hammer. Today, it is now possible to bid online at sites like
Agorastore or
Webencheres. With luck and funds, one can thus acquire at prices often interesting goods going from the mansion to the office chair. 20 minutes has found some original objects put on sale in the
Hauts-de-France.

A real star limousine

What we see the most is the vehicles reformed or seized. Among the many Clios with prohibitive mileage, there are pearls. Thus, a limousine Chrysler 300C long as a day without bread will go on sale in Lille in a few days. It comes from a judicial seizure and the price is 13,500 euros.

In the series of exceptional cars, there is also a Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder 520 HP, also sold in Lille in a few days after a seizure. To start again at the wheel of the car, it will nevertheless have (at least) 55,000 euros. Less expensive but more cumbersome, it is also possible to afford a real fire truck reformed by the SDIS North.

To stay with firefighters, the SDIS Oise gets rid of his old equipment extrication on an online auction site. So, if for some obscure reason you want to equip yourself with tools for cutting vehicles, you can buy spacers of all sizes, all cylinders of all models and a hydraulic unit. Each object is priced at 117 euros.

The essential salad spinner

But at auction, there are also a lot of things, how to say, incongruous. The CDEF of Picardie offers for sale a "10 liter plastic salad spinner" from 30 euros. The departmental council of the Oise separates a batch of four "chairs in blue cloth epoxy gray frame" for a minimum price of six euros. The city of Soissons, it empties its stocks of plastic crates of beer (without beers) from two euros each. A fine seizure of Dunkirk customs officials allows them to auction several lots of new Casio watches. On the other hand, if you do not know what to do with 1,200 watches, go your way.

Our favorite will go to the Dutch sailing ship Xerxes, currently in dry dock at the port of Boulogne-sur-Mer, which will go on sale (price of 3,000 euros) in Lille on September 11th. The beast of 11 meters for 14 tons is a little tired and will need some work before being able to go back to the sea. But it must be admitted, a sailboat, it is still the class.
