Saint Lo. The United States Consul at the 9/11 ceremony

James P. Du Vernay, US Consul for the Great West, will be in Saint-Lô, Wednesday, September 11, 2019 to remember the attacks of 2001.

Every year, the City of Saint-Lô observes a tribute to the victims of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, in the United States. James P. Du Vernay, Consul of the United States for the Great West and based in Rennes, will be present at this ceremony, Wednesday, September 11, at 10 am.

In the company of the mayor, François Brière, the consul will lay a wreath of flowers and visit the Madeleine Memorial, dedicated to the American liberators of the 29^e and 35^e American infantry division.
