The leading company in the processed food sector in Colombia announced the acquisition of 100% of the shares of CCDC OPCO Holding Corporation, which owns 100% of the Cameron's coffee brand, a US coffee brand dedicated to the production and distribution of Roasted and ground coffee with added value, based in Shakopee, Minnesota
