This year, the activities will take place on July 1st, from 4:00 pm to 11:00 pm at Collège Champagneur. In case of rain, they will be held in the college gymnasium.
Families are invited to come for dinner or picnic on site to fully enjoy all the shows and activities. Drinks, food, sweets and ice cream on sale on the site.
From 4 pm to 10 pm, Rawdon Market Square with a make-up and do-it-yourself area.
At 5 pm there will be a children's show by Maria Cannelloni and the Macaroni Orchestra. In this show, the colorful conductor Maria Cannelloni is accompanied by the Macaroni Orchestra, a duet or trio of musicians who makes her sing and dance while recounting her adventures. Maria and her musicians interact while having fun and discovering various musical styles. Through a dozen songs, fanfare ravioli, wacky drums and colorful melodies are superimposed to create a festive performance that awakes the ears while involving young and old.
At 6:30 pm, there will be a tribute to Red Hot Chili Peppers with Parallel Universe. These four outstanding musicians offer a musical rendition and a visual of the most faithful to the legendary Californian band. With more than 70 performances across Quebec and Ontario for just three years, it's still a big hit wherever they go.
At 8 pm, place in Lulu Hughes sings Janis. Festivalgoers are invited to attend a tribute concert on the 45th anniversary of the release of Pearl, Janis Joplin's second and last solo album. It is with passion and passion that we know her that Lulu Hughes transports the spectators into the universe of the one who changed the image of the women in the rock by interpreting the integral parts of this mythical album as well as the greatest hits of the legendary Texas singer.
