This is the first time that a trial judge has set a trial start date in this case, despite the prosecutors' requests to the two previous judges since 2012. This is one of the most complex of American judicial history.
These five men were presented at the Guantánamo Court on May 5, 2012, in a courtroom specially dedicated to national security cases.
