NFL – Cowboys and Ezekiel Elliott Negotiations Intensify

            <p style="margin:0in 0in 10pt; margin-right:0in; margin-left:0in">A week away from the start of the season, the Dallas Cowboys&#39; negotiations with Ezekiel Elliott&#39;s camp would intensify.

ESPN network journalist Adam Schefter reports that talks between the two sides are moving forward and that they aim to reach an agreement at the end of the week.

Here's the news Dallas has wanted: Talks between the Cowboys and RB Ezekiel Elliott are intensifying, with both sides in a new deal this weekend, league sources tell ESPN.

Elliott would seek to initial the most lucrative deal for a player at his position.

Last season, Elliott racked up 1434 rushing yards and added nine touchdowns, including three touchdowns.

He has not yet reported to the Cowboys training camp, as he hopes to resolve this contractual stalemate.

The Cowboys will play the first game of the regular calendar on September 8, against the Giants of New York.
