For five days, the artists will perform in six cities of the kingdom, in front of the Moroccan public. Each of them was invited to reflect on the word "Arabic", used to describe more than 350 million people in 18 countries. A reflection on the Arab world, therefore, as a civilization, but also on the influences of the Francophonie on its language.
"As much as this collaborative experience is an interesting discovery for the public of the regions of North Africa and the Middle East, as much it wishes to be a celebration of the meeting of these distinct cultures", explains in this regard the organizing team of the tour in a statement.
The artists participating in the project will then travel across the Atlantic to give a lecture on the theme "The Francophonie Enlarged: An Exploration of Non-Western Markets", on September 26th at the Moroccan Cultural Center Dar Al-Maghrib in Montreal, Canada, in Montreal. part of the POP Symposium music festival.
