Yunus Emre Akar, who paid the bill and returned to his home, informed the health teams when he saw that Songül Yalçın was still lying on the floor.

While Akar was escaping from the scene, the health officials who entered the house with the door open determined that Songül Yalçın was unconscious in his control. Yalçın, who had his first intervention at the scene, was taken to Çekirge State Hospital. Yalçın, who was taken into treatment, could not be saved despite all the interventions of the doctors.

INVESTIGATION STARTED

The Public Security Branch Directorate’s Murder Bureau Teams, who started working on the incident, examined the security cameras of the apartment. It was determined that only Yunus Emre Akar entered and exited the house at the time of the incident.

Akar was arrested and taken into custody at his friend’s house with an operation organized by police teams. Yunus Emre Akar, who was transferred to the courthouse after his police operations, was arrested by the court where he was taken and sent to prison.

The trial of Yunus Emre Akar, who was sued for life imprisonment for the crime of “deliberate murder” at the 14th High Criminal Court in Bursa, has started today. The family and relatives of Songül Yalçın, their lawyers, attended the hearing.

Defending at the court, Yunus Emre Akar denied that he had been engaged to Songül for 4 years and that he beat him on the day of the incident. In his defense, Akar said:

* Songul came to my house on the day of the incident. We were going to buy a wedding dress. He had an angry state that you didn’t know the reason for that day. He had the sadness to leave his family.

* When he entered the hall, he threw his bag on the sofa bed. I tried to calm him down. Sometimes he had a crisis at work and at home.
