Scorpion’s Revenge, the new trailer exclusively for Everyeye

While the production of the new Mortal Kombat’s live-action has been discontinued because of the pandemic of Coronavirus, arrives exclusively for the channels of Everyeye the trailer for Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion’s Revenge, new animated film based on the famous fighting game.

Directed by Ethan Spaulding (Batman: Assault on Arkham, Justice League: Throne of Atlantis) on a screenplay by Jeremy Adams (Supernatural, Teen Titans Go! Vs. Teen Titans), the film will see in the vocal cast Joel McHale as Johnny Cage is Jennifer Carpenter in those of Sonya Blade. Among the famous characters of the franchise that will have a role in the story we obviously mention Scorpion, Liu Kang, Sub-Zero and then still Shang Tsung, Quan Chi, Kano, the famous Raiden, Jax Briggs, Goro, Kitana and Demon Torturer.

Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion’s Revenge is produced by Rick Morales and Jim Krieg, while Sam Register is the executive producer. Ed Boon of NetherRealms is the creative consultant for the project.

The plot will be based on the origin story of Scorpion, who after being brutally beaten by the eternal rival Sub-Zero will recover, determined to obtain a bloody revenge. Mortal Kombat Legends: Scorpion’s Revenge will be available starting April 16 for digital purchase on Apple TV, Youtube, Google Play, TIMvision, Chili, Rakuten TV, PlayStation Store, Microsoft Film & TV. From 30 April it will also be available for rental on Sky Primafila, Vvvid and Infinity.
