TORINO. There are 37 deaths of people positive for the Coronavirus Covid-19 test communicated this morning – Tuesday 24 March – by the Crisis Unit of the Piedmont Region: 18 in the province of Turin, 1 in the Biella area, 1 in the Asti area, 1 in the Alessandria area , 1 in the Vercelli area, 7 in the Novara area and 6 in the Verbano-Cusio-Ossola area. The grand total is now 374 dead, Divided as follows on a provincial basis: 93 in Alessandria, 13 in Asti, 35 in Biella, 24 in Cuneo, 54 in Novara, 104 in Turin, 20 in Vercelli, 25 in Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, 6 residents outside the region, but deceased in Piedmont.

5,515 people have so far tested positive in our region: 946 in the province of Alessandria, 235 in the province of Asti, 280 in the province of Biella, 409 in the province of Cuneo, 471 in the province of Novara, 2,496 in the province of Turin, 290 in the province of Vercelli, 229 in Verbano-Cusio-Ossola, 54 residents outside the region, but in charge of the Piedmontese health structures. The remaining 105 cases are undergoing territorial processing and attribution.
Intensive care and tampons
People hospitalized in intensive care are 360. I diagnostic swabs 15,469 have been performed so far, of which 9,455 were negative.
