The first race of the women’s descent scheduled for Thursday is already canceled

As feared, Garmisch-Partenkirchen is in difficulty, due to the bad weather that has brought rain and then a lot of wind in recent days. The forecasts are fair for the weekend which includes, with regard to the Women’s World Cup, a descent on Saturday and the fifth super-g of the season on Sunday, but they worry the conditions of the track, after the Kandahar has held in somehow the two men’s races on Saturday and last Sunday.
