Hadaf said, through its official account on Twitter, that it had deposited 4.2 million riyals for facilities benefiting from employment support to raise skills for the month of January 2020.
The Human Resources Development Fund “Hadaf” began, in mid-May 2019, to deposit the first and second batches of financial support provided to enterprises within the employment support program to raise skills, which includes a percentage of the wages of Saudi and Saudi women working in those facilities and registered within the program.
The program aims to motivate private sector enterprises to resettle, and to raise the contribution of Saudi and Saudi women to the labor market, within stimulating, productive and stable work environments, and to raise the skills of those on the job.
The Fund bears a percentage of the wages of Saudi and Saudi women working in the private sector, by motivating establishments to employ and train on the job, in order to raise their skills in line with the needs of the labor market.
The program’s controls stated that 70 percent of the support would go to employment and 30 percent as training services.
The period of employee financial support extends to 36 months, at an average of 30 percent of the monthly salary for the first year, 20 percent for the second year, and 10 percent for the third year of support.
The support in the program focuses on 4 aspects: support for the employment of male and female graduates looking for work, support for employment in cities and villages with low population density, support for the employment of females and persons with disabilities, and support for employment in small and micro enterprises.
