Ecomm's goal was to tell entrepreneurs about the latest frontiers of online sales. "Entrepreneurs have no choice: sales will increasingly move from physical to virtual spaces," explains Bassel Bakdounes, owner of Velvet Media, a Treviso agency that organized the event in collaboration with Dimecom, Poste Italiane and Storeden. «But handling marketing and online sales is a complicated job, always in progress: a job that needs strategies studied in detail, capable of making use of techniques that only professionals can know. Many entrepreneurs are asking us how to structure themselves to make money online, we get their cry for alarm. Some fear the retail apocalypse, which is already happening in the United States. We are here to give them the professional tools to do business on the web ".
Ecomm has shown that there is sensitivity around the topic. An event that, at the first edition, has already registered a peak of interest beyond all expectations. Innovation in the world of ecommerce runs at an impressive speed and we are now facing unpredictable scenarios until a few years ago, in some ways it seems to have ended up in an episode of the Black Mirror television series.
For this reason, Velvet Media has already decided to turn this event into a regular, annual event, dedicated to all the latest trends in the world of online sales. And it will continue to do so by asking the most important companies, worldwide, to explain to the Northeast entrepreneurs the border beyond which they are pushing.
