10.44 Danilo Petrucci eleventh at 0.780, Michele Pirro 14th at 1.083 but his Ducati caught fire early on, Andrea Iannone 16th at 1.314, Francesco Bagnaia 20th at 1.910.
10.43 Andrea Dovizioso struggled throughout the round and is only ninth at 0.667 from Quartararo. The best Italian is therefore Franco Morbidelli, fifth at 0.203 with Team Petronas' Yamaha.
10.43 Valentino Rossi is eighth at 0.521, the Doctor fell on corner 4 to five minutes at the end and was unable to attack time. He had shown good things before.
10.42 Fabio Quartararo signed the best time of the free practice 1 of the Valencia GP 2019 with a time of 1: 31.455. The Yamaha centaur surprisingly precedes Jack Miller by 57 thousandths, the Ducati rider managed to regulate the Spaniard Marc Marquez (the World Champion is at 0.077 with his Honda) and the Iberian Maverick Vinales (fourth at 0.140 with the first Yamaha Official).
10.41 QUARTARARO! BEST TIME! 1: 31.455 for the Frenchman who closes the first session of this weekend.
10.40 Franco Morbidelli fifth at 0.146, P. Espargarò goes up to sixth and Valentino Rossi slips into seventh place.

10.36 Quartararo rises to third place at 0.131 from Marquez, Miller fourth at 0.255: both have passed Valentino Rossi, Morbidelli and Dovizioso.
10.35 NOOOOOOOOOO! Valentino Rossi's glide at turn 4. The Doctor's turn ends here, what a pity.
10.35 Andrea Dovizioso gets going again, the last five minutes.
10.34 Finally Valentino Rossi also succeeds when there are six minutes to go.
10.33 Marquez and Quartararo have completed the launch lap, the French mounts medium rubber at the front and soft at the rear unlike what was done previously while the Spanish insists with media-media.
10.32 Marc Marquez also restarts for the final time attack, with Valentino Rossi and Dovizioso still stopped when there are eight minutes to go.
10.30 Vinales and Quartararo return to the track.

10.26 Meanwhile, Franco Morbidelli and Andrea Dovizioso have retouched their times: fifth and sixth at 0.547 and 0.600.
10.25 Last quarter of hour of the free practice 1 of the GP of Valencia for the MotoGP.
10.23 Maverick Vinales continues to give an impressive pace on the long run and is still close to Marquez: second at 0.063.
10.23 Valentino turns on an orange helmet in the third sector but then loses so much in the last intermediate and remains third at 0.444 from Marquez.
10.22 DOVIZIOSOOOOO! FINALLY! He goes up the slope and is sixth at 0.670 from Marquez to just five thousandths from Morbidelli.

10.16 Marquez, Rossi, Quartararo, Petrucci, Dovizioso return to the track after the break. Soft-media the solution chosen by all apart from Marquez that still focuses on the medium pair.

09.46 Maverick Vinales will look for an important result in front of his own audience, the Spaniard has the means to express himself at best on his Yamaha seen the excellent moment of form.
09.44 Andrea Dovizioso shows up as Champion in office since twelve months ago he won on this track. However, the Ducati is in decline and the Forlivese will have to try to lift it in the last round of the season.
09.42 Fabio Quartararo is the magician of the dry lap and in these months he has always had his say in the free practice in qualifying winning five pole positions, we will see if Yamaha will be at his ease also in Valencia and if the French will manage to have his say even today .
09.40 Fifteen minutes to the start of free practice 1. This will be the last Friday on the track for Jorge Lorenzo who yesterday announced his retirement from racing given the difficulties with Honda.
09.38 As always Marc Marquez is the big favorite on the eve, we'll see if the World Champion will immediately make things clear. The Honda centaur has the credentials to excel also in Valencia.
09.36 Important answers are expected from Valentino Rossi who has not been on the podium for seven months and will be looking to close the season well even though he has never digested this track in his career.
09.34 Very important morning session to start the tuning on the bikes and to find the feeling with the circuit even if the race will take place at 2.00 pm on Sunday so in different weather conditions.
09.32 The free practice will start at 09.55, the drivers will have 45 minutes of time available.
9.30 The season will end on Sunday, but by Tuesday 19 November it will already be 2020! Two days of testing will be held in Valencia in view of the next World Championship. You can follow them in real time on OA Sport.

9.23 Hello and welcome to the Direct Live of the free practice 1 of the MotoGP 2019 GP Valencia.
The program of the Valencia GP (November 15th) – The presentation of the Valencia GP – The withdrawal of Jorge Lorenzo
Hello and welcome back to LIVE LIVE of the free practice 1 of the Valencia GP, the last round of the 2019 MotoGP World Championship. On the "Ricardo Tormo" circuit the teams and drivers will work hard to find the best set-up on the bikes, in view of tomorrow's qualifying and the Sunday race.
Marc Marquez wants to lengthen its winning streak. The eight-time world champion is determined to close with a bang, updated his data: 11 victories and 17 seasonal podiums. Extending the discussion, just mention the 81 GPs won in total, the 133 occasions in the top-3 and the 90 pole-positions. Really scary numbers. The main opponents come from home Yamaha, or Spanish Maverick Vinales and the French Fabio Quartararo. The Iberian has returned to engrave in perfect "Top Gun" style on the Sepang circuit (Malaysia). A royal victory for the Iberian, able to dominate the M1 like no one and to impose itself in authoritative ways. The objective, therefore, is to replicate and close in third position in the championship, blunting possible attacks by the compatriot Alex Rins (Suzuki), seven points distant. Linked to the fate of the three diapason team there is also Valentino Rossi. Months of contradictions and suffering for the nine times world champion who hopes to close a vintage in the best way, for so many reasons, to forget. The seventh place in the overall ranking, at 229 points from Marquez, speaks volumes about the season with the funeral contours for the Tavullia centaur.
Looking for a good result too Andrea Dovizioso, first of the humans in the general classification. The 139 lengths from the top say so much about the difficulties of the Forlì, this year, in comparison with the Honda champion. The critical points of the cornering speed are the usual ones and, often, "Dovi" and the same Danilo Petrucci found themselves driving on the eggs, as they say. Finding solutions is essential.
