A moratorium is on the way until 6 March 2020 for those who do not install the anti-drop mechanism on car seats in children for children up to 4 years. The PD, according to what has been learned, has prepared an amendment to the fiscal decree linked to the maneuver that makes the penalties for those who do not comply with a 4-month delay. The Infrastructure Minister, Paola De Micheli, had already given availability for a moratorium. A similar initiative had been announced in recent days also by the 5 Star Movement.
