"Prohibited cash? Then the bank and the post adapt"

"Dear Union,

the Government wants all electronic receipts and invoices from medical specialists, plumbers, electricians, etc.

Now, the State prevents me from withdrawing my pension or salary in cash, it forces me to have a bank or postal account; the Post Offices and Banks take money from me to keep the current account, they use my money to lend it to others, thus making their own convenient interests.

If the Bank and the Post service make me a service, to which the State obliges me, why don't they give me a tax receipt of what they take from me at the end of the year?
