Piaggio, the Gita robot follows you (and carries up to 20 kg) in collaboration with (Red)

Piaggio Fast Forward (Pff), the robot company from the Piaggio Group that is revolutionizing light active mobility, is launching the Gita robot on the market. This jewel of technology, which was presented a few months ago, finally on sale (but only in America). The Piaggio group has also announced a limited edition (sold exclusively on 18 November on the Amazon.com/Red portal) in collaboration with (Red), the non-profit association that raises funds to fight AIDS.

The purchase of this small personal Wall-E (the little robot that stars in a successful Disney feature in 2008) donates a sum of $ 50 for a wide range of life-saving activities and treatments against HIV and AIDS, as a test , counseling, treatment and prevention, with the aim of interrupting the transmission of the virus from mothers to their children during pregnancy. The red robot has all the features of the classic Gita: it carries personal effects, allowing the user to interact with people and engage in the activities he loves best, head-on and hands-free. The partnership with (Red) allows us to offer an incredible product that will make buyers feel more satisfied thanks to the impact that the purchase of Gita (Red) will have on many people suffering from HIV / AIDS in sub-Saharan Africa. The partnership between the Piaggio group and the non-profit organization was launched over 3 years ago with Vespa products and with Vespa 946. In recent years, Piaggio has donated over $ 350,000 to the Global Fund to fight AIDS with (Red), thus providing just under two million days of life-saving treatment against HIV and helped prevent the transmission of the virus from mothers to their children during pregnancy. Starting from 2020 the Vespa range will also include a new product, (Vespa) Red Primavera, which will further contribute to increasing donations to the Global Fund.
