According to what was reconstructed by the investigators, after having shot his brother, Rosario Saporito has fled on his Hyundai, bringing with him the murder weapon. Immediately the researches were started, conducted both in Piedmont and in Lombardy but after a few hours the man he joined the Novara carabinieri, handing over the gun with which it is presumed to have committed the murder, the ballistic examinations will confirm this. From a first reconstruction the two lived with their mother and seemed to be a normal family, the 40-year-old was a driver, while the victim was a pizza maker.
In the apartment of Trecate also lives the sister who at the time of the murder was not at home. The victim, who had recently separated from his wife, was the father of two small children. The mother of the two Saporito brothers also lives in the house where the crime took place.
