Schools of all levels will be closed tomorrow also in the Vesuvian municipalities of San Giorgio a Cremano, Portici, Ercolano, Torre del Greco, San Sebastiano al Vesuvio, Cercola, Massa di Somma, Somma Vesuviana, Volla, Pollena Trocchia and Sant'Anastasia. The decision was taken by the first citizens of the respective municipalities on the basis of what was issued by the bulletin of the Campania Region and by the forecasts of the Italian Air Force which indicate strong winds that could reach up to 72 km / h. "The closure of schools is an important decision that obviously creates difficulties for many fellow citizens, in addition to determining the reduction of spaces dedicated to culture for young people", reads a note. «Therefore it is taken into consideration only when the forecasts are actually dangerous. The strong wind in our areas becomes a real problem, so much so that in this case, we have considered the necessary basis to decree the closure of schools ".
A similar provision has been ordered in the Sorrento peninsula Massa Lubrense, Sorrento, Sant’Agnello, Piano di Sorrento and Meta di Sorrento.
