Fabio Quartararo continues to fly and takes the absolute best time after the third free practice session of the Valencian Community GP, the last stage of the 2019 World Championship. The Yamaha Petronas Frenchman turned in 1'30''232, keeping the Honda behind Marquez and the Ducati Pramac of Miller. Nice 4th time of Valentino Rossi, after the double fall on Friday. In top 10 also Morbidelli and the official Ducati of Petrucci is Dovizioso.
The weekend that closes the world season continues in the sign of a wild one Quartararo. The '99 rookie did the en plein also dominating the third free practice session and closing with a respectable gap from the most accredited pole rivals: Marquez is at + 0''224, Vinales (6th) to + 0'503. To try to break the hegemony of the trio that dominated the 2019 qualifications there will be, in addition to a convincing Jack Miller (3rd to + 0''311), too Rossi and Morbidelli. The Doctor has recovered great from the double fall which had conditioned his Friday and ended with the 4th time at + 0''398, catching sight of the possibility of returning to the front row after 6 races (the last one was at Silverstone).
Behind the small group Yamaha are placed Official Ducati, who in Sunday's GP will have to defend the first position in the team standings. Petrucci closed with the 7th time (+ 0''615), beating just 4 thousandths Dovizioso. Both, however, did not seem able to keep pace with Marquez and Yamaha.
Also excellent at Q2 Mir with the first of the Suzuki e Cal Crutchlow with the Honda LCR. Instead the respective teammates are out Rins is Zarco (12th and 13th), which must start from Q1.
