Situation and weather evolution: after a sudden rainy autumn finally managed to conquer our country, now is the time also for a substantial change in TEMPERATURES. The colder air that is accompanying the bad weather that came in yesterday brought the thermometers to look decidedly more appropriate for the season, mainly in the North and on most of the central regions.

Today it is the turn of Southern Italy, where greater interference from rain and storms will force thermometers to drop a few degrees and to reach values ​​closer to the climatological average.

To give some examples, in Sicily we will pass from 22-23 ° C yesterday to 17-18 ° C today. Also on Calabria and Puglia we will pass from 20-21 ° C to 16-17 ° C.

In the Center North, things will not change much, except for some timid increase in the maximum values ​​due above all to the presence of some additional improvement. On the Northwest the temperatures will fluctuate around 10-12 ° C while in the Northeast we will have a few more degrees while still remaining below 13-14 degrees.

Values ​​slightly higher than in central and Tuscany, in Umbria with thermometers in the central hours of the day at around 15-16 ° C. Rome will touch peaks of 16-17 ° C.

Few news also for Sunday, essentially for daytime values. Different speech instead for the night and the first hours of the morning when a greater interference of the clearings will favor a more appreciable thermal drop on the regions of the North. Cities like Turin, Milan and Bologna will be able to go down around 5-6 ° C or locally lower in the peripheral areas and in the open countryside.

But it will also make a nice break in the Center. At dawn, in the inland areas and in the valleys, the mercury columns will also fall below 7-8 ° C especially in Tuscany and Umbria.

And in short, as already pointed out, where there will be rainfall, the snow could fall even at altitudes around 1000 meters in the Alps and Prealps, the 1200/1500 in the northern Apennines.

With the start of the new week, Italy could be split in two. A low-pressure vortex will be formed on the lower Tyrrhenian again recalling winds that are more mild from Scirocco which will bring the above average temperatures back to most of the South and to some central Adriatic sectors. On the other hand, there will be few variations elsewhere.
