The agreement to end the legal dispute would see the repurchase of the securities in the hands of Vivendi by the Biscione. The Corriere on newsstands today talks about a 20% negotiation currently in the name of Simon Fiduciaria (Vivendi holds a total of 29.9%). Mediaset's lawyers have proposed to Vivendi to sell the securities at the withdrawal price set in the context of the merger with Mediaset Espana, or 2.77 euros per share, close to current prices and well below the book value of the share in the balance sheet of Vivendi (3.7 euros per share).
