Maneuver, on the way to the Evasometer, the new tool to counter those who evade tax

To avoid the introduction of new taxes in the budget maneuver, such as those objected to by Renzians on plastic, sugar and company cars, the Government will have to find the covers. Some resources could come from fightingtax evasion. In this regard, the Ministry of Economy is working on the development of a evasometro to be included in the Budget Law 2020. It will be a tool in the hands of the Revenue Agency and, in the technicians' intentions, will facilitate the emergence of tax evaders. But how does it work?

"Anonymized meter": it is a system that assigns a number to each tax payer (both natural and legal) and through a algorithm it crosses the data of the bank accounts (mostly the item of the exits) and the declared income. In this way, the Revenue Agency should be able to ascend more easily to suspicious conduct, while respecting the current legislation on privacy. Nothing is yet certain about its introduction, but the new evasometer should guarantee the anonymity of the potential evader, avoiding possible restrictions on the part of the Privacy Guarantor.
