Soon ours televisions they will be obsolete and we will have to buy new ones, or integrate them with new decoders: between 2020 and 2022 in fact, as we know, there will be a switch from the standard DVB T1 to DVB T2. A revolution equal to the one that a few years ago led to the shutdown of analogue in favor of digital terrestrial.Read also> «Vouchers to buy Smart TVs for the weakest groups»
The final changeover will take place in July 2022, so we have about two and a half years to "upgrade" our appliances to the new technology: it will not be necessary to change the television because you can adapt to the new standard with a decoder. Furthermore from January 1st 2017 retailers were obliged to sell only TVs suitable for DVB T2, so if you bought a device after that date, you are okay.
For those who are not in place, you can take advantage of the 2019 TV bonus (we had already talked about it in Leggo qui): only those who are resident in Italy and belong to the ISEE 1 and 2 range are entitled to it (respectively 10,632 euros and 21,265 euros) and consist of a discount of around 50 euros, even if the figure has not yet been confirmed by the Ministry, on the purchase of a television or decoder. The amount allocated by the Government was 150 million, but it will probably be increased to enlarge the audience.
