FFP, the TAS has declared the appeal of the Man. City against UEFA as "inadmissible"

The Tas of Lausanne said inadmissible the appeal formulated by the Manchester City FC who wanted to stop the investigation of the Investigative Chamber Uefa on alleged violations of the English club regarding Financial Fair Play . "The Cas – the official note reads – established that the appeal of the MCFC was inadmissible, considering that an appeal against the decision of a federation, association or sports organization can be filed with the CAS (…) if the appellant has exhausted the means its provision before the appeal, in accordance with the statutes or regulations of that body ".

"The Cas can only hear appeals against final decisions," said Matthieu Reeb, general secretary of the court.
